Carol Kearney - Principal, CSP

A former Personnel Administrator for a major San Francisco law firm where she recruited, interviewed, screened, and trained legal support personnel for 80 attorneys. She brings circumspect knowledge of employer needs and requirements, plus first-hand experience of what it takes to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.  She has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and has successfully matched clients and candidates in hundreds of positions throughout the Bay Area.

Debra Boyle – Principal, CSP 

Debra has worked in the legal staffing field since 1992.  Before starting KBA, she worked for a top recruiting firm as a recruiter.  She served as a past President of the Golden Gate Chapter and on the Board of Directors for the California Staffing Professionals.  In 1997, she received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management.   Debra is a highly regarded professional in the staffing industry.  Her years of services in various professional associations and her expertise and advice counseling both clients and candidates has established her as a much sought –after consultant in the human resource field.

Marcia Fortnoff - Recruiter, CSP

A former deposition court reporter and legal secretary, she brings her years of experience working in the legal field, her knowledge of the special demands of law firms, and her expertise in building relationships and meeting the needs of attorneys, secretaries and paralegals to her career as a legal recruiter.  She is a direct hire recruiter.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and is a California Certified Shorthand Reporter.
