of these elements in a multistep process.

some candidate's primary mativations are their aspirations
and career goals. We find out what is most meaningful to your
applicants and how critical their other needs are to your organization
and to match those needs together.

ask you to describe which people have best met your overall
needs and which did not and why that was.

determine your corporate environment and which kind of candidate
would be best suited.

search out those candidates who would be most conducive to your
