    5 POINT SCREENING PROCESS

     

    MATCHING: Overall Assessment vs. Company Needs

    KBA works to find the best candidate for your firm/company. We determine who best fits your needs based on a match of the candidates' abilities, aspirations, interpersonal skills and financial expectations with your requirements. We do this by finding the best overall match of these elements in a multistep process.

    1. We determine what is important to your organization in each of these areas and weigh which is most important. For example, some candidate's primary mativations are their aspirations and career goals. We find out what is most meaningful to your applicants and how critical their other needs are to your organization and to match those needs together.
    2. We then ask you to describe which people have best met your overall needs and which did not and why that was.
    3. We then determine your corporate environment and which kind of candidate would be best suited.
    4. We then search out those candidates who would be most conducive to your overall needs. From our extensive database and contact lists we are in an excellent position to know who would probably best fit your organization.
