    MATCHING: Aspirations vs. Opportunities

    KBA works to match your career opportunities with the aspirations candidates have and in the process help minimize your turnover and increase your efficiency, via a multistep process.

    1. We do this by determining what kind of people your organization seeks to attract with specific regard to their personal aspirations. Do you seek people to simply get their job done, or those who have certain social or career aspirations? Are you seeking legal professionals who have similar career goals?
    2. We ask you to describe what kind of aspiration priorities those people who have been most successful with your company have had and why? What would be the order of your top 5 priorities?
    3. We determine what kind of environment would best match your long term career development with our candidates' aspirational priorities.
    4. We then search out those candidates whose aspirations are most conducive to being successful in your organization. As these kinds of things tend to be intangible and it is very difficult to document information in this regard from resumes, we rely on our interviews with candidates and people who know them
