    5 POINT SCREENING PROCESS

     

    MATCHING: Ability Analysis vs. Legal Backgrounds

    KBA works with our clients to find candidates commensurate with their requirements and needs, via a multistep process.

    1. We do this by first reviewing your legal requirements. Based on our extensive work history with clients similar to yourself we are in a unique position to determine if there are hidden or ancillary requirements that might be required to facilitate one's effectiveness on the job.
    2. We then determine how to best describe your job requirements in order to attract the most qualified candidates.
    3. We also determine how to best illustrate how your organization would be an excellent place for those candidates to both use their abilities and build upon that experience for their long term careers.
    4. We then determine specifically what kinds of accomplishments your ideal candidate should have achieved in order to make the most meaningful contributions to your organization.
    5. Based on the job specs designed, we can determine the size of the potential candidate pool we can expect to draw from and then find the best candidates from our vast resource base.
