What can you expect from KBA?

With Kearney • Boyle & Associates you can expect to speak with a professional recruiter who will be honest and share their expertise about your job search or job inquiry; and, of course, there is never a fee to you. Whenever you check in with us you can expect that we will be good listeners and give you an honest, unbiased response. Once we have formed a relationship to assist you in your job search, we will ask you to check in with us periodically. We will also guide you through the process of what to expect during your job search. KBA really tries to make the process of finding a new job less stressful. We do this by:

1. Representing you and circulating your resume given your approval.
2. Setting up the interview or interviews.
3. Prepping you for your interview.
4. Following up after the interview with both you and the client.
5. Being there to assist you through the interview process by answering your questions and giving feedback.
6. Negotiating your salary.

We act as your representative in your job search. KBA does all the marketing and communication for you with the prospective client. In fact, KBA asks you, the candidate, not to contact the client, but rather have all the communication go through us.
