    5 POINT SCREENING PROCESS


    MATCHING: Overall Assessment vs. Company Needs

    KBA works to match our candidates overall abilities, aspirations, interpersonal skills and financial requirements with the opportunities that an organization provides. We do this by assessing each of these elements individually, in a multistep process.

    1. We determine what is important to you in each of the above areas and weigh which is most important to you in your next position. For example, aspirations and career goals motivate some candidates exclusively. We find out what is most meaningful to you and how critical those needs are to your next employer and match those needs together. We then ask you to describe which jobs have met your overall needs the best and which did not and why that was.
    2. We then determine what kind of environment would be best suited to meet your aspirational priorities for your long term career development
    3. We then search out those organizations that have environments that are most conducive to your overall needs. As we know many of these organizations well, we are in an excellent position to know where you fit best.
