    5 POINT SCREENING PROCESS


    MATCHING: Ability Analysis vs. Legal Backgrounds

    KBA works with our candidates to find positions commensurate with their ability and experience, via a multistep process.

    1. We do this by first reviewing your abilities and job accomplishments during your work history. Based on our extensive history of working with candidates similar to yourself, we are in a unique position to both determine which of your abilities are most marketable and which abilities might not be fully recognized.
    2. We then determine which of your accomplishments best illustrate your abilities and we then identify new abilities that may have been hidden or overlooked in your background.
    3. We determine what kind of environment would be best suited to employ your abilities and talents for your long term career development.
    4. We then compare your accomplishments to other candidates with similar years of experience in the field to determine which of your abilities present the greatest relative advantages, sets you apart from the field and best positions you in the marketplace.
    5. We then search out those organizations that have the kind of legal opportunities you are looking for.
